Job summary

Country Road Group is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to lead in-store displays and create a world-class shopping experience across our NSW stores. You will drive brand-aligned visuals, ensuring commerciality and customer engagement throughout the store environment.

You will balance brand standards with business goals, mentor store teams, and deliver engaging windows and on-shelf visuals that reflect our style and values, while collaborating with the store manager and regional VM teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in a comparable VM role in apparel retail.
• Strong styling of mannequins and displays aligned with brand direction.
• Ability to balance merchandising with profit and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Plan floor moves with store/department managers to maximise sales.
• Ensure displays meet brand standards and commercial needs.
• Support training and development of store teams in VM practices.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and deliver VM training where appropriate.
• Lead window styling and top-shelf displays according to VM direction.
