Job summary

Country Road Group is seeking a Visual Merchandiser in Sydney to drive a world-class retail experience by delivering high standards of visual merchandising aligned with brand values and customer profile. You will collaborate with the Store/Cluster Manager, retail team and VM support center to execute the brand vision.

You will plan floor moves, balance display needs with commercial goals, lead training, and build stakeholder relationships while maintaining a safe, engaging in-store environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a comparable VM role both In-store and apparel based divisions.
• Demonstrates a passion for fashion with a professional personal presentation.
• Strong leadership skills in delivering an exceptional customer and team experience.
• Ability to manage budgets, interpreting financial reports and generating efficient rosters.
• Experience managing the performance, productivity, training and development of a team.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Plan floor moves with store/department managers to maximise sale opportunities while maintaining brand standards.
• Balance merchandising needs with business requirements when implementing displays.
• Support store teams with VM training and development.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and provide VM training on brand standards.
• Style mannequins in windows and focal areas per VM direction.
• Make merchandising decisions linked to business results and profitability.
• Work well in a team or autonomously and maintain a safe store environment.
• Role model Country Road Group cultural attributes to foster learning and ownership.
