Job summary

Domayne, Australia’s leading lifestyle retailer, invites an experienced Visual Merchandiser to lead compelling showroom displays for the Furniture and Bedding team. Based in a store location, the role may involve travel to support merchandising activities across other sites.

You will design and execute a creative visual merchandising strategy, monitoring brand standards and providing recommendations to franchisees.

Qualifications

• Time management and organisation skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Passion for interiors, homewares and colour with creativity.
• Understanding of visual merchandising disciplines and retail relevance.
• Tertiary qualifications in visual merchandising advantageous.
• Ability to work in a manual labour environment.
• Able to work autonomously and in a team.
• Ability to travel for small assignments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and provide recommendations to Proprietors on brand standards.
• Ensure displays look appealing and align with current promotions.
• Create innovative and attractive displays across stores.
• Implement creative merchandising strategies as directed.
• Support and coach franchises to maintain brand consistency.
• Collaborate with the team to execute showroom requirements.
