Job summary

This full-time, on-site role focuses on scheduling, enrolments, and accurate learner records, collaborating with trainers and internal stakeholders to ensure accreditation and a positive learning experience.

You will prepare training materials, monitor attendance and completion, and contribute to reporting, evaluation, and continuous improvement of training

Qualifications

• Experience in Training Coordination and Program Management.
• Capabilities in Training & Development and trainer liaison.
• Excellent communication with learners, trainers, and stakeholders.
• Background in vocational education or learning and development is beneficial.
• Qualification in education/training or related discipline preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with learning technologies and LMS.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of vocational training programs.
• Schedule sessions, manage enrolments, and maintain learner records.
