LME Care invites you to join our SIL team as a Support Worker, helping participants live their best lives through daily care, engagement, and meaningful activities.

You’ll work with participants, families and the care team to plan goals, support independence, and create safe, positive environments. If you’re passionate about disability support and have the required certifications, apply to join our energetic, dedicated crew.

Qualifications

• Cert III in Individual Disability Support or equivalent, or willingness to learn.
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
• Experience working within the NDIS.
• Bonus: MAYBO, Mental Health First Aid or Crisis intervention training.

What You'll Do

As a LME Care Support Worker, you will:

Who You Are

• You hold a Cert III in Individual Disability Support or equivalent, or are eager to learn and grow in the role
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications
• Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
• You have experience working within the NDIS
• Bonus if you have high medical care experience or training in MAYBO, Mental Health First Aid or Crisis intervention
