Qualifications

• Hold a Cert III in Individual Disability Support or equivalent, or be eager to learn and grow in the role.
• Maintain current First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (Blue Card) held.
• Bonus if you have MAYBO, Mental Health First Aid or Crisis intervention training.

• Provide quality day to day care and support.
• Support participants to try new experiences, build confidence, and develop healthy habits.
• Celebrate achievements, both big and small, and help make every day meaningful.
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment while encouraging independence and choice.
• Work closely with participants, families, and stakeholders to plan and achieve participant goals.
