Job summary

LME Care on the Gold Coast is seeking a Community Access Support Worker to help participants live their best life through meaningful activities and supports.

You will work closely with participants, their families and the team to plan goals, provide day-to-day care, and encourage independence in a safe environment. Training and career development are provided to help you grow in the role.

Qualifications

• Cert III in Individual Disability Support or equivalent.
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
• Experience in complex behaviors and crisis intervention.

• Provide quality day to day care and support.
• Support participants to try new experiences, build confidence, and develop healthy habits.
• Celebrate achievements, both big and small, and help make every day meaningful.
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment while encouraging independence and choice.
