Job summary

LME Care, a Registered NDIS Provider offering Supported Independent Living, is seeking compassionate SIL support workers in Queensland. You’ll help participants live independently, participate in activities, and access community experiences with safety and care at the forefront.

Qualifications

• Hold a Cert III in Individual Disability Support or equivalent, or be eager to learn and grow in the role.
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
• Experience working within the NDIS.
• Bonus if you have high medical care experience or training in MAYBO, Mental Health First Aid or Crisis intervention.
