A community support organization in Brisbane is seeking a CAS Support Worker. In this role, you will provide day-to-day care and support to participants, helping them to build confidence and celebrate achievements. The ideal candidate holds a Cert III in Individual Disability Support and has First Aid and CPR certifications. This is not just a job; it’s a chance to make a real impact every day. Staff will need flexibility and availability for 4 full days from 6am to 7pm.

Formación

• Hold a Cert III in Individual Disability Support or equivalent.
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications required.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle needed.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Blue Card required.

Who You Are

• Cert III in Individual Disability Support (or equivalent)

• First Aid and CPR certifications

• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (Blue Card)

• Strong communication skills, reliability, and a proactive approach to challenges
