Job summary

The Autism Association of WA is seeking a Scheduler to ensure timely rostering of staff for responsive client services at Shenton Park. You will roster staff with the right skills and qualifications for each client, manage rosters, and handle emergencies and leave processing.

You will bring scheduling expertise, strong communication, and a detail-oriented approach to multiple platforms, balancing deadlines and priorities while supporting person-centred, inclusive care for individuals with Autism.

Qualifications

• Scheduling or rostering experience, preferably within the Disability or Aged Care sector, or similar.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, Customer Relationship Management, and rostering software.
• Highly developed organisation and time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Management of Support Worker and Coordinator scheduling and rosters.
• Creating rosters and distributing them to support staff.
• Contacting staff to cover staff shortfalls including emergency replacements.
• Processing leave requests, induction paperwork, training schedules, new starters & invoices.
• Answer general scheduling enquiries from internal stakeholders.
