Job summary

Bunnings in South Australia is seeking a Loss Prevention Investigator to protect the business, teams and customers across stores and operations. You will conduct investigations, gather evidence from CCTV and transaction data, and work with store teams and external partners to drive outcomes.

You’ll identify trends, inform preventative strategies, and deliver high-quality reports within deadlines while balancing field work with data analysis in a fast-paced retail network.

Qualifications

• Investigations, loss prevention, law enforcement or related field experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends.
• Comfort with data, reports and supporting technology.

Responsibilities

• Investigate theft, fraud and policy breaches across stores.
• Gather and analyse CCTV, transaction data and incident reports.
• Engage with store teams and stakeholders to support investigations.
• Identify patterns and risks to inform preventative strategies.
• Prepare high-quality reports within required timeframes.
• Coordinate with external partners, including law enforcement.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and tools.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
