Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the relevant curriculum and literacy/numeracy integration.
• Experience planning high impact teaching strategies and evaluating impact.
• Experience monitoring/assessing learning and using data to inform practice.
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration with students, parents and staff.
• Professional reflection and ongoing learning aligned with Department values.

Responsibilities

• Direct teaching of groups and individuals to achieve student outcomes.
• Develop, implement and evaluate curriculum programs within the school.
• Undertake other teaching-related and organisational duties as required.
• Participate in parent/teacher meetings, staff meetings and field activities.
• Engage in non-teaching supervisory duties as needed.
