Job summary

Everyday Independence in Narangba is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver life-changing services to NDIS participants across homes, schools, playgrounds and communities. The role supports a full-time, part-time (4 days per week) or 9-day fortnight arrangement.

You will develop therapy plans, work within an interdisciplinary team, and help participants maximise their funding. PD is negotiable with growth opportunities in paediatrics, youth or adult streams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• General AHPRA Registration.
• Positive and flexible approach to work.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork.
• Commitment to personal and professional development.
• Valid driver's license.
• NDIS Workers Screening Check and Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Work in diverse settings from homes to schools and community centres.
• Create therapy plans and provide life-changing occupational therapy to support participants and NDIS funding.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of allied health professionals.
• Build meaningful relationships with participants and supports.
• Attend weekly team meetings in the Hub.
• Receive guidance from Team Leader and Therapy Mentor.
