Everyday Independence is seeking Occupational Therapists to deliver life-changing therapy to NDIS participants across supported hubs in Victoria. The role supports diverse settings, including homes and schools, with supervision from leaders and peers.

The position offers full-time, part-time (4 days per week) or 9-day fortnight options, with a competitive salary and benefits package including vehicle options, a laptop, mobile and professional development opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• General AHPRA Registration is required.
• Valid Australian driver’s license is required.
• NDIS/disability experience is preferred but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Provide life-changing occupational therapy to NDIS participants across diverse settings (homes, schools, workplaces, community centres).
• Develop therapy plans using evidence-based tools and support participants in achieving their goals and maximizing NDIS funding.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of allied health professionals.
• Build meaningful relationships with participants and their supports (family, carers).
• Attend weekly team meetings and contribute to team learning and impact stories.
