Everyday Independence in Albury is hiring Occupational Therapists to provide life-changing therapy to NDIS participants. This role supports diverse settings and offers full-time, part-time (4 days per week) or 9-day fortnight arrangements.

You’ll work with a supportive team, receive supervision, and access PD leave, vehicle options, laptop, phone, and opportunities to boost salary. Competitive salary around $83,107.90 to $108,140.40 plus superannuation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA registration.
• Valid Australian driver’s license and clear NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Flexible, team oriented with strong communication and development mindset.
• Experience with NDIS/disability is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver life-changing occupational therapy to NDIS participants across settings.
• Create therapy plans using evidence-based assessments.
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team.
• Build meaningful relationships with participants and supports.
• Attend weekly team meetings to share impact.
• Receive supervision from team leader and clinical supervisor.
