Job summary

The Sil Company in New South Wales seeks a Home & Living Service Delivery Manager to oversee SIL and Drop-In Services. You will ensure participant supports are delivered safely, effectively, and in alignment with NDIS Practice Standards.

Lead workforce management, ROC, on-call support, and financial sustainability with a focus on risk, compliance, and stakeholder engagement. This role requires a Diploma in Disability and NDIS experience in NSW.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Disability or equivalent required.
• Experience in SIL/NDIS services and familiarity with NDIS Practice Standards.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and WWCC required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and service delivery of SIL homes and Drop-In Services.
• Ensure participant supports are delivered safely, effectively, and compliantly.
• Manage workforce, ROC, on-call support, and financial sustainability.
• Maintain WHS compliance and risk management, with timely escalation of incidents.
• Engage families and allied health, ensuring person-centred support.
