Job summary

Kirinari Community Services in Dubbo is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to oversee SIL and drop-in support teams across the region. You will ensure staff engagement, compliance with care plans, and smooth client transitions.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of NDIS standards and QS processes.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Experience coordinating services across disability supports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance of SIL and high drop-in support teams.
• Ensure staff adhere to behaviour support plans, IPRPs, medical and personal care.
• Develop rosters, coordinate transitions and relocations, and manage budgets.
