Responsibilities

• Lead the development of teacher capacity and a strong professional learning culture by modelling and embedding the College’s Learning and Teaching Framework and MACS Vision for Instruction
• Coordinate and deliver targeted coaching to teachers and leaders through classroom observations and feedback
• Support curriculum documentation, course outlines, units of work, and assessment materials for ongoing improvement
• Guide alignment with Australian Professional Standards for Teachers and Padua’s Learning and Teaching Framework
• Lead professional learning and oversee classroom observations across teaching staff and learning areas
• Support graduate and early career teachers to achieve full VIT registration and ongoing professional growth
