Job summary

Reporting to the Vice Principal – Learning and Teaching, the successful candidate will lead a team of Campus Learning Diversity Coordinators and Learning Support Officers, align with Padua’s Instructional Model and AITSL standards, and drive improved learning outcomes for all students.

Qualifications

• Lead MTSS implementation and inclusive education strategy.
• Coordinate a multi‑disciplinary learning support team.
• Align teaching and learning with AITSL Standards and Frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead MTSS and inclusive education strategy across the College.
• Supervise Campus Learning Diversity Coordinators and staff.
• Provide professional development to connect instruction with targeted support.
• Drive assessment and progress monitoring to inform planning.
• Manage departmental processes and reporting for compliance.
