Flourish Australia is seeking an Employment Coordinator to join the Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) team in Bankstown. The role is full-time (76 hours per fortnight), Monday to Friday, based in Bankstown.

Level 4 on the Flourish Australia Enterprise Agreement (2018) with a salary of $92,200–$99,200 per annum plus super and tax-free salary packaging. The Employment Coordinator will provide IEA program support, source job vacancies, mentor participants and track placements to maximise

Qualificações

• Experience in employment services or Disability Employment Services.
• Qualifications in training and assessment or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proof of high performance in job services or customer services.
• Ability to use MS Office and client information management system.
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence.

Responsabilidades

• Engage local businesses and employers to source and create job vacancies for Flourish Australia participants.
• Provide support, mentoring and assistance to ensure sustainability of placements and track outcomes.
• Consult Flourish Australia IEA guidelines and ensure policies are followed.
• Collaborate with local site teams and community connections to help participants overcome vocational and non-vocational barriers.
