Job summary

Flourish Australia seeks an Employment Coordinator to join the Inclusive Employment Australia team in Seven Hills. You will connect with participants to understand goals, help with resumes and interview prep, and build relationships with employers to place people in meaningful roles.

You will also track progress, maintain records, and provide ongoing coaching to employees and employers, supporting sustainable employment outcomes in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in disability services or related programs.
• Qualifications in training and assessment, employment services, mental health, or community services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven high performance in job services or customer services.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and client information management system.
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence.

Responsibilities

• Connect with people accessing Flourish Australia services to understand goals, strengths and challenges and help create personalised employment pathways.
• Provide practical support with resumes, job applications and interview preparation.
• Build relationships with local employers and match participants to roles where they can thrive.
• Provide coaching and support to employees and employers to sustain long-term employment.
• Track progress, maintain records, and contribute to KPIs and social impact.
