Torwood Recruitment is seeking an experienced Employment Consultant to join our client in Sydney, delivering inclusive employment services under the IEA program. Based in Bankstown/Campsie, you will coach and case-manage participants with disability, supporting job readiness and sustainable outcomes within a community-focused team.
The role offers full-time hours in collaborative settings with local employers and partner organisations.
Our client is a respected not-for-profit organisation delivering employment, training, and community support services across Australia. They work closely with government, community organisations, and employers to create inclusive pathways to employment for people facing barriers to work.
With a strong focus on person-centred support and sustainable outcomes, the organisation provides practical employment services alongside wrap-around support programs designed to address the broader challenges participants may face. Their collaborative, community-focused approach ensures participants receive holistic support while empowering individuals to achieve long-term independence.
As a result of internal growth, we are recruiting for an experienced Employment Consultant to work on the new Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program. It is a full-time opportunity supporting participants with a disability across the Bankstown and Campsie areas of Sydney. You will play a key role in supporting individuals with disability and other barriers to employment by providing tailored coaching, case management, and employment support.
The role will primarily be based at the Bankstown where you will manage a growing caseload of participants, providing personalised support to help them build job readiness, secure employment opportunities, and maintain sustainable work outcomes.
With a supportive team onsite, you will collaborate with internal advocates and community partners to support employment outcomes for your caseload of jobseekers.
The salary package is highly competitive and includes not-for-profit salary packaging benefits (so you pay less tax), addtional annual leave days, and an excellent incentive structure linked to employment outcomes.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced employment services professional who enjoys working within the community, supporting people with diverse needs, and delivering meaningful outcomes.
