BUSY Ability is seeking an Employment consultant to support the Ex-Offenders Program under Workforce Australia. You will manage a varied caseload, guide retraining and upskilling, and build partnerships with local employers to open meaningful opportunities.

This full-time, fixed-term role is based in Southport and requires resilience and KPI-driven performance. The position offers benefits under the BUSY Group, with a focus on positive impact for individuals and communities.

Formación

• Demonstrated customer service experience.
• Digitally savvy – intermediate computer skills.
• Previous administration experience.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet KPI’s.
• Ability to resolve complex client situations with resilience and maturity.
• Ability to obtain a Blue Card and National Police Check with no outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a varied and active caseload of clients in the Ex-Offenders Program.
• Focus on retraining and upskilling clients to secure sustainable employment.
• Forge partnerships with local employers to create employment opportunities.
• Meet KPIs and deliver impactful outcomes for clients and communities.
