McArthur Early Years in Victoria is seeking an experienced Early Learning Manager to lead the delivery of a high-quality educational program, build strong relationships with families and the local community, and foster a positive, collaborative culture for educators.

You will work with an Assistant Manager and Educational Leaders, coach and develop your team, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to sustainable service management while upholding the organisation's commitment to quality

Qualifications

• Experience leading or managing an early learning service or educational program.
• Bachelor or Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor and inspire educators.
• Commitment to quality practice, continuous improvement and positive team culture.
