Job summary

Disability Connect in Toowoomba is seeking experienced Support Workers to provide person-centred care for participants with complex needs. Roles are available for both male and female participants, with shifts 24/7 and active night shifts.

Qualifications

• Current Open Driver's Licence.
• First Aid Certificate and current CPR.
• Positive NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Proven experience supporting individuals with complex care needs.
• Physically fit and able to perform active shifts.
• Strong documentation and data-entry skills.
• Positive, team-focused attitude.
• MAYBO (or equivalent) behaviour-support training.
• Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
• Willingness to complete Disability Connect's induction training.

Responsibilities

• Support participants with complex care needs in Toowoomba.
• Provide care consistent with NDIS plans and participant choices.
• Adapt to 24/7 shift patterns, including active night shifts.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data-entry.
