Job summary

Police Homecare Services in Adelaide is seeking an experienced Disability Services Manager with strong NDIS expertise to lead participant supports and coordinate a small team of support workers. You will engage with participants and families, ensure services are delivered to high quality and compliant with NDIS Practice Standards.

You will supervise, mentor Support Workers, manage onboarding and planning, monitor progress, respond to feedback, and work collaboratively with families and health

Qualifications

• Experienced in disability sector with person-centred service delivery.
• Strong knowledge of NDIS requirements and Practice Standards.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple participants and workers.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Current driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate participant supports from onboarding through to exit.
• Build relationships with participants, families and support workers.
• Listen to participants and understand their individual needs and goals.
• Monitor participant supports and ensure alignment with NDIS requirements.
• Respond to feedback, concerns and complaints promptly.
• Support safeguarding, incident and risk processes with health professionals.
