Job summary

Ability WA seeks a proactive Coordinator to lead day-to-day service delivery at our Coolbinia head office. You will coordinate supports, liaise with families and staff, and ensure services meet funding arrangements and customer goals.

You will monitor outcomes, support staff development, and drive continuous improvement while upholding safeguarding standards and quality requirements. This role offers flexible, values-driven teamwork within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating services for people with disability or in health/community services.
• Strong understanding of customer-centred practices and safeguarding frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of customer services aligned with individual goals and funding.
• Develop and maintain Customer Support Plans and documentation.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and support to Support Workers and frontline staff.
• Monitor outcomes, progress, and service utilisation for quality and compliance.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, supervision, and staff development.
• Coordinate rostering and workforce planning for continuity.
• Maintain accurate customer/service records across systems.
• Report and investigate incidents, complaints, safeguarding matters; drive improvement.
• Liaise with customers, families, guardians, health professionals and external stakeholders.
• Support NDIs compliance with Practice Standards and Safeguards; contribute to audits.
