Job summary

Endeavour Foundation is seeking a Coordinator to lead the delivery of the Skilling Queenslanders for Work Community Careers project in Rockhampton. You will coordinate participant engagement, training, and case management to help job-ready individuals overcome barriers and transition into sustainable work.

In this role, you will build partnerships with training partners, employers and community stakeholders, report on project progress, and ensure activities align with Endeavour Foundation's

Qualifications

• Experience facilitating employability, work readiness, life skills or group programs.
• Experience in Employment Services, Community Services, Workforce Development or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage diverse participants and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of the Community Careers project.
• Recruit participants and facilitate non-accredited work readiness training.
• Develop partnerships with training partners, employers and community stakeholders.
• Provide case management to support participants into sustainable employment.
