Job summary

ITEC Group is seeking a Team Leader - Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Community Access (CA) to lead high-quality, person-centred care across SIL homes and community settings in Queensland. You will oversee direct participant support, staff supervision, rostering, and compliance with NDIS Practice Standards.

You’ll build strong relationships with participants, families, supports coordinators, and health professionals while driving continuous improvement and safe, sustainable service

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Disability Support is essential.
• Experience in a similar residential/community leadership role.
• Experience with participants with complex needs and behaviours of concern.
• Solid knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and SCHADS Award requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and empower a team of Disability Support Workers.
• Ensure high-quality, person-centred care across SIL homes and Community Access.
• Oversee incident, complaints, and feedback management with timely resolution.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and effective rostering practices.
