Job summary

Raise is seeking a highly organised Fundraising Coordinator to support prospect research, donor engagement and fundraising campaigns. You will work closely with the Fundraising Strategist, Growth Impact Managers and the broader team to keep activity moving and ensure no opportunities fall through the cracks.

This full-time, 6-month fixed-term contract offers hybrid work (Sydney office + home) with salary packaging available and potential to continue in a longer-term role.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects, events or donor engagement.
• Strong administrative and project coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and data accuracy.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking initial prospect research and preparing profiles and prospect lists.
• Coordinating fundraising events, including invitations and registrations.
• Maintaining fundraising records in Salesforce.
• Coordinating meetings, calendars, logistics, and next steps.
• Supporting proposals, grants and funding submissions.
• Monitoring deadlines and fundraising activity, reporting and improvements.
