Inspire People in Australia is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and develop a talented team, taking ownership of delivery, quality and performance of marketing activities. You will work with the Executive Leadership Team to translate strategic priorities into clear objectives and actionable plans.

You'll guide the team in digital marketing disciplines—including SEO, paid search, email marketing and social media—while collaborating with our external consultant to optimise online

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing high-performing marketing teams.
• Ability to translate Executive Leadership Team strategy into actionable plans.
• Knowledge of marketing principles and familiarity with SEO, paid search, email marketing and social media promotions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a motivated, high-performing marketing team.
• Understand and champion the company's mission, values and strategic direction.
• Translate the Executive team's vision into practical plans and ensure their successful delivery.
• Provide visible, hands-on leadership, working closely with your team to maintain momentum and overcome challenges.
• Drive accountability, consistency and high-quality execution across all marketing activities.
• Oversee marketing projects, campaigns and priorities, ensuring deadlines and performance expectations are met.
• Apply your understanding of digital marketing to guide the team's activities and assess outcomes.
• Collaborate with an external marketing consultant on a fortnightly basis to review online performance and support optimisation.
• Monitor results and align marketing activities with broader commercial objectives.
• Foster a positive, collaborative and results-focused team culture.
