Talent Web Recruitment partners with a purpose-led organisation seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to grow reach, engage audiences and deliver campaigns with positive social and environmental impact.

Joining a small, collaborative marketing team, you’ll own day-to-day digital activity across paid advertising, email and the website, driving practical results during a period of organisational change.

Qualifications

• Experience managing paid advertising across Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn, including setup and optimization.
• Practical email marketing skills: campaign building, segmentation and reporting.
• Ability to interpret campaign data and recommend optimizations.
• Experience using a website CMS for content updates and landing page changes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Collaborative approach and interest in positive social impact.

Responsibilities

• Build, test and send email newsletters, automated sequences and campaign communications.

Joining a small, collaborative marketing team, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day digital activity across paid advertising, email and the website. You’ll bring practical skills, curiosity and the confidence to keep things moving during a period of organisational change.

The role

• Build, test and send email newsletters, automated sequences and campaign communications.
• Manage and optimise Google Ads and paid campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn.
• Monitor performance, test approaches and turn results into practical improvements.
• Support retargeting, audience segmentation and contact management.

• 6 Month FTC
• $75,000 - $90,000 + Super

About you

You’re comfortable getting into the platforms and delivering the work yourself. You may be an established specialist or a digital marketing executive or coordinator ready for greater ownership.

You’ll bring:

• Direct experience setting up, monitoring and optimising paid advertising.
• Full Australian Working rights with no restrictions
• Practical email marketing skills, including campaign building, segmentation and reporting.
• Confidence interpreting campaign data and recommending what to improve.
• Experience using a website content management system.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A collaborative approach and an interest in work with a wider positive impact.
