Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of campaign planning, execution, and performance measurement.
• Proven experience managing and optimising both paid and organic digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, with a track record of driving engagement, leads, and conversions.
• Demonstrated success in campaign optimisation, lead generation, audience acquisition, and performance reporting.
• Hands-on experience with SEO, content marketing, social media management, email marketing, and digital analytics platforms.
• Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, with the ability to create compelling digital content and marketing assets.
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences and platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data, identifying trends, and making informed, data-driven decisions.
• Highly organised with excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative, proactive, and results-driven team player with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for digital marketing and emerging technologies.

ROLE SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team on a casual basis. This is a hands‑on role responsible for planning, executing, and optimising digital marketing initiatives across paid and organic channels. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategy, content creation, performance marketing, and brand engagement, with the ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.

The successful candidate will bring experience working across multiple campaigns in Australia and New Zealand and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, allowing them to make an immediate impact from day one. This 6‑8 week contract is based in our APAC Head Office in North Sydney.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels.


• Manage and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns to maximise ROI.
