Job summary

Talent Web Recruitment is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to grow reach and engagement for a purpose-led organisation. You will own day-to-day digital activity across paid advertising, email and the website, driving campaigns with social and environmental impact.

You will join a small marketing team, take ownership, and deliver practical improvements through data-driven testing during a 6 month FTC, with a salary of AU$75,000–AU$90,000 plus super.

Qualifications

• Direct experience setting up, monitoring and optimising paid advertising.
• Practical email marketing skills including campaign building, segmentation and reporting.
• Experience using a website content management system (CMS).

Responsibilities

• Build, test and send email newsletters, automated sequences and campaign communications.
• Manage and optimise Google Ads and paid campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn.
• Monitor performance, test approaches and turn results into practical improvements.
• Support retargeting, audience segmentation and contact management.
• Update website content and landing pages, applying sound SEO principles.
• Work closely with marketing and communications colleagues on integrated campaigns.

We’re partnering with a purpose-led organisation seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to help grow its reach, engage audiences and deliver campaigns with positive social and environmental impact.

Joining a small, collaborative marketing team, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day digital activity across paid advertising, email and the website. You’ll bring practical skills, curiosity and the confidence to keep things moving during a period of organisational change.

The role

About you

You’re comfortable getting into the platforms and delivering the work yourself. You may be an established specialist or a digital marketing executive or coordinator ready for greater ownership.

You’ll bring:

• Direct experience setting up, monitoring and optimising paid advertising.

• Practical email marketing skills, including campaign building, segmentation and reporting.
• Confidence interpreting campaign data and recommending what to improve.
• Experience using a website content management system.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
