Job summary

HLB Mann Judd in Sydney is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to shape our digital presence across LinkedIn, email, website content, campaigns and reporting.

Working with senior marketing leaders, you'll create content, manage campaigns, coordinate with stakeholders and use data to improve results. This role is ideal for an early to intermediate digital marketer who enjoys content creation and data-driven optimization.

Qualifications

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Around 3+ years' experience in digital marketing, ideally within a professional services or B2B environment.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, email marketing platforms, content management systems and websites.
• An understanding of SEO, GEO and paid advertising.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and engaging content for different channels.
• Excellent organisation, prioritisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and elevate when needed.
• Experience with social media management tools, Canva or video editing software would be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish engaging digital content across our LinkedIn, email, website and video.
• Manage partner LinkedIn content, including planning, drafting, scheduling and monitoring engagement.
• Build and send email newsletters and targeted campaigns, ensuring mailing lists are accurate and compliant.
• Update website articles, team content and digital assets for the Sydney firm.
• Support digital campaigns across paid and organic channels, including competitor and market research.
• Track performance, prepare reports and share insights to improve future digital activity.
