Job summary

You will partner with stakeholders, shape training needs analyses and communications, and deliver artefacts that support business readiness. This role is hybrid, paying a daily rate of $660 plus super, until March 2027.

Qualifications

• Experience leading change projects within a complex environment.
• Ability to develop and implement change strategies and plans that meet program objectives.
• Proven capability to engage with and influence stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage change management plans across project lifecycles.
• Lead Change Impact Assessments with stakeholders to inform planning.
• Develop and execute fit-for-purpose change activities and artefacts.
• Partner with training teams on needs analyses and delivery approaches.
• Develop case for change, communications plan, readiness assessment, training plan and transition plan.
