Job summary

UNSW is seeking an Impact & Compliance Officer to support governance, legislative compliance and reporting across the Pro Vice-Chancellor Student Success portfolio. The role provides advice to stakeholders and contributes to policy implementation and annual reporting.

Based in Kensington NSW with hybrid working arrangements, you will coordinate committees, prepare minutes, and help manage strategic plans and engagement activities within the team and portfolio.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification with experience or equivalent competence.
• Ability to research issues and report findings using data visualization tools.
• Maintain confidentiality, diplomacy and discretion in handling information.
• Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute agenda and briefing papers for committees.
• Attend meetings, take minutes and track action items.
• Coordinate with senior management and Governance office for effective operation.
• Support project management and evaluation of student initiatives and policy implementation.
