Job summary

UNSW invites applications for the Program Officer, Experiential Learning. The role supports the Experiential Learning team within Student Success to coordinate work-integrated learning, curriculum skills development, and related courses.

You will manage project delivery, reporting, and communications, liaising with students, staff, and external partners while upholding program quality and continuous improvement. Hybrid working arrangements at Kensington / Sydney campus are available.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification with experience in education or employability programs.
• Experience delivering multi-stakeholder course delivery and associated contracts.
• Strong communication and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide program, course and project support to the Lead, Experiential Learning.
• Develop and monitor delivery of Employability Experiential Learning programs and initiatives.
• Serve as first contact for inquiries from students, staff and external stakeholders.
