Job summary

EML is recruiting for a Case Manager to join the NSW Police team in Sydney. You will manage a full portfolio of workers’ compensation claims, focusing on physical and psychological injuries, while maintaining strong relationships with injured workers, their employers, and external stakeholders to facilitate a safe and timely return to work.

In this role you will collaborate with our Technical & Injury Management Specialists to develop and implement a comprehensive return-to-work plan, delivering

• Collaborate with Technical & Injury Management Specialists to implement return-to-work plans.
• Provide empathetic, timely updates and guidance to all parties involved.
