EML is seeking an Eligibility Officer in Adelaide to play a pivotal role at the start of a worker's compensation claim journey. You will gather facts, assess evidence, and make timely decisions that influence recovery and return-to-work outcomes.

The role is permanent, full-time, with hybrid options after training, based in our Adelaide office. You will engage with workers, employers, medical professionals and other stakeholders, asking the right questions to reach fair decisions while upholding

• Assess and determine workplace injury claims of varying complexity in line with legislation and policy.
• Support workers and employers to navigate the claims process with guidance for safe recovery.
