Job summary

EML Group in Sydney, Australia, is hiring Case Managers to join our IFNSW Health team. This full-time permanent role operates from a Sydney base with hybrid work options after probation.

You will manage workers' compensation claims, focusing on physical and psychological injuries, coordinating with injured workers, employers and external stakeholders to help safe and timely return-to-work. We’re now welcoming applications for Case Managers to join our IFNSW Health team. This will be a fulltime permanent position located in Sydney. What You’ll Be Doing

• Take responsibility of a full portfolio of workers compensation claims, with a focus on both physical and psychological injuries.
• Work together and maintain relationships with injured workers, their employer and several external stakeholders to help the injured worker back to work as quickly and safely as possible.
• Work with our Technical & Injury Management Specialists to develop and implement a plan to assist the injured workers’ in their return to work journey.

• Proactive, self-motivated and can think creatively when engaging with stakeholders such as workers, employers and providers
• Experience managing, negotiating and influencing positive outcomes

• Passion for resolving conflicts and can handle challenging conversations
