Qualifications

• Experience with direct personal care of patients including lifting and positioning.
• Experience with transfer of patients between wards and to diagnostic radiography (CT/MRI).
• Recent experience in care and maintenance of ventilators, dialysis machines and other medical equipment.
• Demonstrated communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and courteous patient transport and patient support.
• Maintain and clean ventilators and other ICU equipment.
• Maintain stock levels within the Intensive Care Unit.
