Job summary

Wild Earth Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an ICT Customer Support Officer to join the team in Burleigh Heads. You will deliver first‑level technical support for staff and customers, troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues, and help keep day‑to‑day IT operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' ICT support or customer service experience.
• AQF Associate Degree or Advanced Diploma / Diploma equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve IT support requests via phone, email or in person.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.
• Set up and maintain computer systems, devices and connections.
• Log requests and maintain records of issues and resolutions.
• Escalate complex issues to external providers when needed.
• Assist with user accounts, password resets and access permissions.
• Provide basic training and guidance on systems and software.
• Monitor system performance and report recurring issues.
• Assist with installation and testing of IT equipment and updates.
• Maintain inventory and lifecycle management of IT equipment.
