Job summary

Warrigal is seeking an ICT Support Officer to keep our technology running across service locations. You’ll provide on-site support for devices, networks, enterprise applications and site-based systems, coordinating with IT partners and vendors to deliver upgrades and initiatives.

In this hands-on role you’ll build trusted relationships, support a range of technology environments and help Warrigal deliver technology that makes a real difference for residents, families and communities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experiencesupporting modern, enterprise technology environments,including cloud-managed and mobile deviceplatforms.
• Strong experience supporting andadministering enterprise productivity and businessapplications, including Microsoft 365 and AdobeAcrobat.
• Broad technical capabilityacross end-user computing, endpoint management, virtual desktopenvironments, networking, wireless, telephony and site-basedtechnologies.
• Proven experience managingrelationships with outsourced IT providers, technology vendorsand external service partners.
• Demonstrated alignment withWarrigal’s values of integrity, respect, compassion andinnovation.

Responsibilities

• Keep Warrigal’s technology workingsmoothly, you’ll provide on-site support across our servicelocations, helping maintain the systems, applications, devices andsite technology our teams rely on every day.
• Coordinate technologyprojects with vendors, contractors andstakeholders to deliver changes effectively.
• Support upgrades, new technology rollouts, site implementations andbusiness process improvements.
• Work alongside our IT team, Managed Service Provider and external vendors to coordinate solutions and manage issues.
• This hands-on role offers opportunities to work across different areas of technology and contribute to Warrigal’s operations.
