Job summary

Pathivara Mata Recruitment Services – St Leonards Park NSW is seeking a FULL TIME ICT Support Analyst/Support Officer to join our team. The role involves testing IT systems, diagnosing issues, and supporting Microsoft 365 services.

You will handle remote and in-person enquiries, document results, and collaborate with technical teams. Requires 2+ years IT support experience, a Bachelor in IT, and full Australian working rights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in IT and minimum 2 years IT support experience.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Ability to handle multiple IT helpdesk and support enquiries remotely and in person.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to provide after-hours support occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional, integration and regression testing of IT systems, applications, hardware, network services and infrastructure changes.
• Identify, diagnose and document system functionality errors, defects and faults, and retest systems following corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis of hardware, software, network and system-related issues.
• Test and validate system configuration changes, updates, upgrades and new functionality to ensure systems operate as expected.
• Perform pre- and post-implementation testing for system patching, operating system upgrades, vulnerability remediation and infrastructure changes.
• Analyse system logs, alerts and technical information to identify faults and system performance issues.
• Test and validate Microsoft 365 services and configuration changes, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive and Intune.
• Assist with testing and validation of IT project implementations, including Windows upgrades, cloud deployments, telephony migrations and infrastructure improvements.
• Document testing procedures, test results, identified defects, corrective actions and system configuration details.
• Liaise with technical teams and users to investigate system issues, verify resolutions and ensure systems perform according to operational requirements.
