Job summary

HiTech Personnel partners with a Federal Government Agency in Canberra to recruit an ICT Change Manager for a major ICT and business transformation program. The role focuses on structured change management activities across project lifecycles.

You will develop change strategies, conduct stakeholder analyses, facilitate workshops, and create training materials, user guides and communications collateral to support business readiness and adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Change Manager within project delivery environments.
• Strong practical experience conducting user and stakeholder analysis.
• Proven capability developing training materials, user guides, and communications collateral.
• Experience planning and delivering business readiness and adoption activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies and plans aligned to project objectives.
• Conduct stakeholder and user impact assessments to identify change readiness and adoption requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, user engagement sessions, and change activities across project lifecycles.
• Develop high-quality change artifacts, including: Change impact assessments; Communication plans and materials; Training strategies, guides, and user-facing documentation.
• Support the broader transformation program through active stakeholder engagement and readiness activities.

An innovative Federal Government Agency is looking to engagean ICT Change Managerto support a major ICT and business transformation program. The role will focus on the structured, procedural aspects of transitioning an organisation to a desired future state. The successfulICT Change Managerwill be offered an initial contract until August 2027 with the view to be extended for 12 months and receive a rewarding hourly rate.

TheICT Change Managerwill be responsible for but not limited to;

Develop and implement change management strategies and plans aligned to project objectives.

Conduct stakeholder and user impact assessments to identify change readiness and adoption requirements.

Facilitate workshops, user engagement sessions, and change activities across project lifecycles.

Develop high-quality change artifacts, including:

Change impact assessments

Communication plans and materials

Training strategies, guides, and user-facing documentation

TheICT Change Managerwill have experience in the following:

Demonstrated experience as a Change Manager within project delivery environments.

Strong practical experience conducting user and stakeholder analysis.

Proven capability developing training materials, user guides, and communications collateral.

Experience planning and delivering business readiness and adoption activities.

Strong facilitation and workshop management skills.
