Job summary

CACGEL is seeking a Change Manager to lead ICT-enabled change projects and ensure people-facing activities align with technical delivery. You will plan communications, build change networks and support a continuous capability in organisational change management across the agency.

The role covers both ongoing ICT project work and multi-year programs, tailoring change effort to scale and impact while enabling adoption and sustainability for staff across sites.

Qualifications

• University qualification in Change Management, Communications, Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Ability to obtain Accreditation in Work Teach and Lead in Catholic Education Canberra and Goulburn policy.
• Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration and Working With Children Check (WWCC) prior to commencement.
• Current Drivers Licence.

Responsibilities

• Plan, write and coordinate change communications, including announcements, briefing packs, FAQs and leadership talking points.
• Establish and support change networks, including local champions, superusers and working group representatives.
• Contribute to development of enduring change management capability, including templates and practice standards.
