Softtest pays pty ltd is seeking an Organisational Change Management Officer to lead change initiatives across ICT and digital transformation programs within the IT and Data division. You will work with project teams and senior leaders to ensure readiness and adoption of new ways of working.

Qualifications

Experience designing change strategies and plans for ICT/digital initiatives.
Capability to analyze stakeholders, assess change impact and readiness.
Ability to create practical change artefacts and governance-ready materials.
Proven ability to facilitate workshops with diverse stakeholders.
Experience embedding change activities into Agile/Hybrid delivery.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement change management strategies for ICT/digital projects across delivery teams.
Apply PROSCI/ADKAR or equivalent methodologies and map to Agile iterations.
Conduct stakeholder analyses and readiness assessments to shape adoption plans.
Design communications, training and engagement activities for impacted users.
Collaborate with project managers and leaders to embed change in delivery and governance.
