Job summary

Catholic Archdiocese of Canberra and Goulburn Education Limited (CACGEL) is seeking a Change Manager to lead organisational change across ICT initiatives, ensuring adoption and sustainability.

The role focuses on planning communications, building change networks, and maturing change capability across the directorates, with an emphasis on people-facing change.

This is a full-time temporary position with excellent remuneration and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• University qualification in Change Management, Communications, Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• WWVP and Working With Children Check (WWCC) required prior to commencement.
• Current Drivers Licence.

Responsibilities

• Plan, write and coordinate change communications and leadership messaging.
• Establish and support change networks and two-way information flow between project teams and sites.
• Develop enduring organisational change management capability, including templates and practice standards.
