Qualifications

Join our team at Yumbar Dairy Free Ice Cream in our modern manufacturing Kitchen as a reliable person to support the Kitchen Manager.

Located in the Byron Bay Food Hub.

3-5 days a week. No weekend work or evenings.

Requirements:

Ability to follow instructions, with recipes, measure and assemble ingredients.

Someone who has an interest in understanding, or willing to learn what is involved in producing and creating dairy-free natural ice cream.

Ability to take initiative and motivated to reach set targets.

It would be an advantage to have knowledge of various ice cream production methods and kitchen machinery.
